Chia Pudding

02/08/15

 photo chiapudding01_zps3c52fe30.jpg

I’ve been using chia seeds for a long time now but barely a few weeks ago I discovered something amazing: chia seeds pudding! That’s such a simple meal and yet so delicious!

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2,5 – 3 dcl milk (dairy, soy, almond, coconut… it doesn’t matter, it just depends what you prefer)
  • addiotional ingredients if you like to play: raw cocoa (1 tbsp), honey, agave syrup, maple syrup, vanilla extract… anything you’d like, use your imagination :)

DIRECTIONS: simply combine chia seeds and milk in a bowl or a smaller jar and leave it in the fridge for 30 minutes. Stir the mixture again. Leave it in the fridge for at least 6-8 hours; overnight would be perfect. If you’re using a bowl remember to cover it (jars come with lids and that’s why I prefer them).

SERVING: since I don’t use anything to make my pudding extra sweet I like to add some fruit, mostly raspberries. You can add anything else you like: bananas, kiwi, cherries, blueberries, etc.

I was thinking about getting some vanilla aroma since I haven’t tried that yet, hopefully it’s good :)

Možeš ih koristiti za svašta inače. Ja ih ubacujem u zobene, smoothije i tome sl.
